Rev. Kenny Moore has been pastor of Davidson Street since 2003. He and His wife Shelby, have one daughter, Dana Heatherly, who resides in Boiling Springs, SC. Shelby substitutes in local elementary schools, sings in the choir, assists in the Preschool department, and can be found in homes or hospitals on visits with Rev. Moore. Rev. Moore has served as Trustee with the SC Baptist Courier and presently serves as Team Leader for the Laurens Baptist Association Prayer ministry. The Lord has allowed Rev. Moore to serve on various mission trips both inside and outside the country. He enjoys various sports, especially NASCAR racing, and enjoys restoring cars, but mainly he enjoys spending time with his family. His desire is to serve God, his family, and his church. Shirley Webb is the Ministry Assistant at Davidson Street Baptist Church. She also teaches a Sunday school class and sings in the choir. She and her husband, Dessie, have three children and one grandson. Dessie retired after serving eight years as the church custodian. They both enjoy Southern Gospel music and going to concerts. Shirley considers it a great honor to serve God at Davidson Street Baptist Church.
